  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft office suite: Word / Excel / Power Point and Outlook.
  • University or certification, preferably in Human Resources or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Experience recruiting within the logistics in the Transportation industry is considered an asset.
 
Be at the Frontline of Talent Acquisition:
 
  • Proactively identify, attract and source top talent utilizing strategic networking, job boards and other relevant sources.
  • Participate in developing creative job descriptions for our website and career pages that respect our brand, style and tone.
  • Research and participate in career fairs, networking events, industry-specialized events and community functions that build our team.
  • Embrace corporate culture and collaborate with human resource department in integrating the HR responsibilities and processes within our Chicago Branch.
  • Liaise with Recruitment and Human Resource departments to strategize and oversee the complete recruitment life-cycle from needs analysis to hiring documentation.
  • Responsible for accurate and up-to-date records, databases and documentation for all departments.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships and retention practices with all departments and branches of Fuel.
